- Pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order without providing any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you) took possession of the item.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us ("Archive by X Mateusz Marmurowicz," ul. Nakielska 144B, 85-391 Bydgoszcz, email: contact@archivebyx.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
- You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
- To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
- If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received, including the cost of delivery (up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest available shipping method), without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
- We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
- Please return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The estimated cost is approximately 20 PLN - the cost of return shipping.
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
